Sorry I have been MIA for a while. My brother and sister came from Canada to visit for a month so I have been spending a lot of time with them. (Also, my Roomba ate my computer charger and I’ve been borrowing my dads when I can.)
I have been trying a few different recipes, but also want to share some of my favorites with you.
I don’t know about you, but I LOVE mushrooms. This is a fantastic recipe, with chicken and mushrooms, for you to try. My husband isn’t a big mushroom lover, but he loves when I make this for dinner. The flavors come together so well that you’ll be wanting more.
This Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil has become my new favorite. Olive oils are not cheap in Abaco so getting a really flavorful one will cost you. I like this EVOO because it gives good flavor and isn’t too over powering.
After adding garlic and broth, or wine. You’ll want the liquid to be to this point before adding more broth.

After adding Worcestershire Sauce, A1 Sauce, and spices.
