I’m sure you have had Chicken Alfredo or maybe even Shrimp Alfredo, but I have an amazing new recipe for you this week. Alfredo sauce with fish!
My husband and I love pasta and Alfredo sauce is our favorite. One afternoon I let him know that we were having Chicken Alfredo for dinner. It was like a lightbulb came on. He said to me, “Baby, why don’t we try it with fish?” So we did, and it has become a favorite of ours!
We have introduced Fish Alfredo to our friends and family and they have all come to love it as well!
Our favorite fish to use is tuna (in the photo’s above we were given fresh tuna steaks), but we have also used Red Snapper, and Mahi Mahi.
The lemon zest and juice gives it a burst of freshness that you don’t expect from a creamy pasta sauce.
The recipe can be used with any fish of your choice, shrimp, and even chicken. Add in some more spices that you love or some fresh herbs for your own spin on this delicious recipe.
